I’m María. If I begin by telling you that I studied philosophy, that might tell you something about my romantic spirit, and it has a lot to do with my passion for discourse and the intricacies of language, for understanding the motivations and automatisms that determine certain conducts. After almost 20 years in research I still like fieldwork, contact with people, learning from them to satisfy my analytical character, and still discovering things about myself. My colleagues are the ones who pegged me as a hedonist, and, as such, I am always ready to enjoy a new project.
