A new beer space

A brand-experience space

A brewery wanted to develop a space where its brand could be experienced in an attractive and relevant way for consumers – the kind of place people would want to return to again and again.

What we did

We designed a two-pronged approach:

Mystery visits (pairs of friends) and focus groups with different beer-drinking profiles to explore the experience in the existing space and identify areas with room for improvement.

Co-creation workshops with early adopters and experts (architects and designers) to stimulate creativity and come up with a space proposal covering all the different components.

What we obtained

A thorough framework of knowledge about spaces to hang out and enjoy beer, and a definition of the space proposal from the insight to all the different components.
